Expertise: Policy and implementation. Ms. Caulfield has 25 years of nursing and professional instructional experience. As a Clinical Nurse Educator at Yale-New Haven Hospital, a Professional Nursing Instructor at Bridgeport Hospital and an Adjunct Instructor at Fairfield University, Ms. Caulfield was responsible for the instruction of clinical nursing that meets regulatory evidence-based practice. She also participated in regulatory and performance improvement initiatives. In her positions as a Clinical and Professional Nurse, Ms. Caulfield gained in-depth exposure to radiology, surgery, cardiology, and intensive care. Ms. Caulfield earned a Family Nurse Practitioner Postmasters Certificate from Sacred Heart University, and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle.

Expertise: Hospital Operations, Policy and Critical Care. Dr. Nadine Rosenthal has over 25 years of experience as a Hospital Administrator and Critical Care Nurse. She is certified in both Critical Care Nursing as well as an Advanced Nurse Executive. She currently is Director of Nursing for Medicine Services at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and is responsible for direct care and operations (inclusive of leading and developing strategy, policy, budget, quality, safety, innovation, patient flow, patient experience and staff engagement) for multiple critical care, step down and medical/surgical units inclusive of pulmonary, acute care and geriatrics. Previously, she was the Director of Nursing for Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Surgical, Medical Specialties, and Emergency Services, as well as the covering Hospital Administrator on call where she also was responsible for direct care and operations for multiple Intensive Care Units including Surgical Intensive Care, Surgical Step Down Unit, Neurosurgical Intensive Care, Neurology, Stroke Unit, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal Medicineand a Level II Emergency Department.
Among her numerous professional affiliations, Dr. Rosenthal is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, where she held several leadership positions within the New York City Chapter and has also presented both locally and nationally on critical care and leadership topics in addition to being published. Dr. Rosenthal also is a Legal Nurse Consultant and provides expert witness testimony for medical malpractice cases. She has been the recipient of numerous clinical and leadership awards and also has been inducted as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, The Honor Society of Nursing for over 20 years. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Clinical Leadership from Case Western Reserve University. She earned a Masters of Science Degree in Critical Care as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics all from Columbia University.

Expertise: Colorectal Surgery and Medical & Surgical Education. Dr. Lynn Chao is board certified in both colon and rectal surgery, and general surgery. She has over 10 years of clinical experience. Before entering private practice in Connecticut, she was an attending surgeon at Metropolitan Hospital Center where she practiced and was the Surgical Site Director for Medical Student Education and was the Assistant Surgical Residency Program Director. She completed her surgical residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and trained in colon and rectal surgery fellowship at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson. She received her MD from Jefferson Medical College, and Dr a Masters in Health Professions Education from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Dr. Chao has an extensive experience educating both medical professionals and non-medical persons. She is a talented communicator and an educator. When these are combined with her medical and surgical background she is uniquely qualified to assist and educate legal professionals in complicated medical cases.
